Set a reminder: we have a 24 hour cancellation policy
Arrive early: please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to check-in and get settled
Stay hydrated: Make sure to drink plenty of water before and after your session
Bathroom break: Most treatments include abdominal manipulation, so please use the bathroom before your appointment
Comfortable clothes: Wear loose, comfortable clothes
Relax: take a few minutes before your appointment to focus on your breath for a few deep inhales and exhales. Breath work is crucial in aiding your body to detox.
24 hour Advanced notice is required to cancel an appointment. This process is put in place to allow for another client to schedule an appointment. If you forget or choose to miss your appointment you will be considered a “no-show” and will not be refunded or credited your appointment. Arriving late to an appointment time specifically allocated to you will result in a shortened appointment, in order to accommodate our clients who have scheduled appointments following yours. If you arrive late, your therapist will determine if there is a sufficient amount of time to begin your treatment. In the event that you are late, and our therapist agrees to perform a shortened treatment you are responsible for the “full” session.
Please remember to drink lots of water after your appointment and avoid foods high in sodium.
Your lymphatic system is the system of tissues, vessels, and organs that work together to maintain fluid levels in our body, support function, and keep blood circulating
The system carries lymph, a clear fluid that contains proteins, waste, fat cells and metabolized cells through the body which is filtered in the lymph nodes. Waste is removed and clean lymph circulates through.

Lymphatic massage helps to stimulate the lymphatic system to circulate lymph throughout the body. This breaks up areas of swelling and reduces excess fluid in the body

Here at LuxeSculpt Spa, we have observed that the best patient outcomes come from those who get post-op treatments as soon as possible, but we recommend consulting with your doctor first to see what they recommend for you.
The number of massages needed after surgery depends on several factors because each body is unique and healing is different for everyone. Make sure to consult with your physician first. A minimum of 10 Post Op Drainage Treatments is recommended after Liposuction/Liposculpture/ Laser Lipo to ensure that we are helping your body heal properly and to prevent Fibrosis.
Yes, we offer mobile services on a case-by-case basis and based on the availability of our post-op therapist. It all depends on your location.
