Every new client is welcome to book a consultation so we can understand your goals, review your medical history, walk you through the treatment menu, and recommend a personalized plan — whether that’s one signature treatment or a full sculpting series. Consultations are relaxed, no pressure, and you’re never obligated to book a package on the spot.

Every treatment at Luxe Sculpt Spa is performed by a licensed and certified body sculpting specialist with formal training in lymphatic drainage, post-operative care, and the specific body-contouring technologies we use. Our team continues to invest in advanced education so the techniques you receive are current, safe, and effective. We’re always happy to introduce you to your therapist before your first session.

Plan to arrive 10 minutes early. You’ll complete a quick health intake form, meet your therapist, and have a brief conversation about your goals and any areas of focus. From there, you’ll relax into your treatment in a private room. Afterwards, we’ll go over your aftercare and, if you’d like, map out a plan for follow-up sessions or a package.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Packages can be paid in full at booking. Gratuity is welcome but never expected.

Most aesthetic body sculpting treatments are not eligible for HSA, FSA, or insurance reimbursement. However, medically prescribed lymphatic drainage — such as post-operative care ordered by your surgeon — may be eligible. We’re happy to provide a detailed receipt; please check directly with your plan administrator before booking.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of the appointment fee, so we can fairly compensate the therapist who blocked the time. Life happens — reach out and we’ll always do our best to accommodate.
